Auto Glass Installation / Replacement Warranty

Destination Car Care proudly stands behind the quality of our auto glass services. This Limited Warranty applies to the windshield, side window, rear window, or other auto glass replacement or repair performed on the vehicle listed above, effective from the date of installation.

What This Warranty Covers:

Workmanship and Installation Defects – Lifetime Coverage - We warrant that the installation workmanship and materials used (including adhesive, primer, urethane, moldings, seals, and related components) are free from defects for as long as you own or lease the vehicle (non-transferable to subsequent owners). Covered issues include:

• Water leaks
• Excessive wind or air noise
• Loose, missing, or improperly fitted moldings/trim
• Stress cracks directly caused by improper installation
• Other defects solely attributable to faulty workmanship or installation
• If a covered defect occurs, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or reinstall the auto glass at no charge to you, subject to inspection and the claims process below.

Glass and Component Manufacturing Defects – 90-Day Coverage - We warrant the supplied auto glass and any included components (e.g., sensors, operable sliders, if applicable) against visible manufacturing defects (such as distortion, delamination, or inherent material flaws not caused by external factors) for ninety (90) days from the installation date. After 90 days, any remaining manufacturer defects may be handled directly by the glass supplier or manufacturer—we will assist you in filing such claims where possible.

Exclusions and Limitations - This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from external sources, including rock chips, road debris, impacts, accidents, collisions, vandalism, theft, misuse, negligence, or natural events.
• Pre-existing vehicle conditions affecting installation or performance (e.g., rust, corrosion, frame/pinch weld damage, or structural issues).
• Damage due to improper vehicle maintenance, failure to follow post-installation instructions (e.g., no car wash for 24–48 hours), or post-installation modifications.
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic variations, or minor optical characteristics common to aftermarket or equivalent glass.
• Issues with customer-supplied glass or parts.
• Consequential or incidental damages (e.g., towing, rental vehicles, loss of use, lost wages, or other indirect losses).
• Any claim not reported promptly.

Destination Car Care's liability is limited to the original cost of the installation service. No other warranties, express or implied (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), extend beyond this document.

Claims Process - To file a claim:

• Contact us as soon as possible upon noticing an issue—ideally within 30 days of discovery (delays may affect eligibility).
• Provide your original invoice/receipt, vehicle details, and photos/description of the problem.
• Return the vehicle to Destination Car Care (or an authorized location if arranged) for inspection and service.
• We will inspect and, if covered, perform the repair or replacement at no cost (our option).

This warranty is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
